What is included

• Comprehensive insurance as standard. Smart Cover and Full Cover upgrades are available if you want a lower or zero excess.
• 4,000 km per month on monthly rentals. Extra kilometres are agreed in advance rather than charged as a surprise.
• All prices quoted are VAT-inclusive, with no hidden admin or booking fees.
• Standard deposit of AED 1,500, refunded after return. A zero-deposit option is available on request for qualifying renters.
• Salik passed through at cost plus AED 1 per pass. Traffic fines are passed through to the renter as issued by the authority.
• Fuel is same-to-same: return the car at the level you collected it.
• Delivery is available on weekly and monthly rentals, centred on Downtown Dubai. Other areas are quoted on request.

Fleet+ cars follow the same inclusions unless the quote says otherwise, and anything that differs is written into the WhatsApp quote before you commit.

Who it suits

• Families relocating or on a long visit. Seven seats, a flat load floor and strong air conditioning make the school run, the Dubai Mall car park and a trip to Yas Island equally easy. A monthly rental avoids buying a car you may not keep.
• Executives doing regular Abu Dhabi runs. The Land Cruiser is quiet at 120 km/h, has a proper rear seat for calls or laptop work, and is accepted at every hotel and government valet without a second look.
• Desert and mountain weekends. Full-time 4x4 and low range cover Hatta, Fossil Rock and the Liwa approaches. Tell us in advance if you plan to drive off-road so the insurance terms are clear.

Documents you need

UAE residents need their Emirates ID and a UAE driving licence. Visitors need a passport, visa or entry stamp, and a home-country licence. If your licence is not on the MOI recognised list, an International Driving Permit is also required.

How to book

2. We send a quote with a UG-XXXX reference number. For a Fleet+ car this quote is at market rate and we confirm availability, usually within 24 hours.
3. Send your documents over WhatsApp. We prepare the RTA contract under Urban Go's name and take the deposit, or arrange the zero-deposit option if you qualify.
4. Collect from our office at Dubai Shopping Center, Office FF-30, Port Saeed, or arrange delivery on a weekly or monthly rental. We walk you round the car and photograph it together before you drive off.
