Two very different renters use this page

The first is hotel guests staying somewhere on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard — The Address, Armani, Palace, Vida — usually renting for a week and using the car to escape Downtown at weekends. The second is Boulevard residents on monthly plans: Burj Views, 8 Boulevard Walk, Standpoint, South Ridge. What both share is that Downtown itself is walkable, so the car earns its keep on the trips out to Marina, Al Ain, the East Coast or DXB, not the daily commute.

Parking at Dubai Mall and around the Burj

Fashion Avenue and Grand Parking are the two big Dubai Mall parking blocks and they're both free for the first four hours; The Address parking is validated by mall tenants. On the Boulevard, resident parking is tower-allocated and visitor bays are metered — plan for that if you're delivering back to a friend's building. The Al Khail exits (Financial Centre, Al Meydan) are the fastest way out to SZR in either direction during peak; the Boulevard itself gets slow around iftar and the Fountain shows.

How the hotel handover works

Send us the hotel name and your arrival time on WhatsApp. We drive to the valet lane, meet you or your bellhop, run through the paperwork in the lobby, hand over the keys, and drive off in the pickup vehicle. On collection we do the same thing in reverse — no need to move the car anywhere yourself, no branch visit, no counter.
