We are about five minutes from DXB. Send your flight number on WhatsApp and we meet you at arrivals with the car and paperwork ready. We cover Terminal 1, 2, 3 and Al Maktoum. There is no Urban Go counter at the airport, so the whole handover happens at your pickup point.

How does airport delivery work?
Send us your flight number on WhatsApp when you book. We track your flight and time the handover for when you clear customs.
If you clear quickly, you may wait a few minutes. If your flight is late or your bags are slow, we change the time. You do not pay a waiting fee for a delay outside your control. There is no counter to visit and no shuttle to catch.
Which airports and terminals do you cover?
- DXB Terminal 1 - most international airlines
- DXB Terminal 2 - flydubai and regional airlines
- DXB Terminal 3 - Emirates
- Al Maktoum International (DWC) - further out towards Jebel Ali, a straight drive down Sheikh Zayed Road
We meet you at the short-term parking or arrivals pickup point for your terminal. We send the exact spot on WhatsApp once your landing time is confirmed.
Which documents do I need at handover?
- UAE residents: your Emirates ID and your UAE driving licence.
- Visitors: your passport, your home-country driving licence, and an International Driving Permit if your country needs one for the UAE.
Drivers from the US, UK, Canada, the EU and the GCC can usually drive on their home licence. Other passports usually need an International Driving Permit.

Visitors from the GCC, US, UK, Canada and most of Europe can drive on their home licence without an International Driving Permit. Minimum age is 21.
