How airport delivery actually works

Send us your flight number on WhatsApp when you book. We track the flight — landing time, gate, terminal — and time the handover so the car is at the pickup point when you clear customs. If you clear fast, you're waiting a few minutes. If your flight is delayed or you're stuck at baggage, we adjust; you don't pay a waiting fee for anything outside your control. There is no counter to visit and no shuttle to catch.

Which airports and terminals we cover

DXB Terminal 1 (international, most carriers), Terminal 2 (flydubai and regional), and Terminal 3 (Emirates) are all in scope. So is Al Maktoum International (DWC), which is further out toward Jebel Ali but a straight run down SZR — send us the flight number the same way. We meet at the standard short-term parking / pickup point for each terminal; the exact spot goes on the WhatsApp thread once your flight time is confirmed.

Documents to have ready at handover

Residents: your Emirates ID and driving licence. Tourists: your passport, your home-country driving licence, and an International Driving Permit if your country requires one for the UAE (US, UK, Canada, EU and GCC residents can generally drive on their home licence; other passports usually need an IDP). If you're not sure whether your licence is accepted, send us a photo of it on WhatsApp before you book — we'll confirm in writing before you fly.
