By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These Terms apply to the website only. Any vehicle rental is governed by a separate Rental Agreement executed at handover, which prevails in the event of any conflict.

• Website — urbangorentals.com and any subdomains, tools or applications we operate.
• Content — all text, images, logos, videos, code and data made available on the Website.
• Rental Agreement — the vehicle-specific contract signed between you and Urban Go at handover.
• User — any person accessing the Website.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Website by any third party. Specifically, you must not:

• Scrape, harvest, mirror or systematically extract data from the Website;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code from any part of the Website;
• Use bots, spiders, crawlers or other automated means to access the Website except for well-behaved search-engine indexing;
• Frame, embed or reproduce the Website on any other site without our prior written consent;
• Introduce viruses, malware or any code intended to disrupt or damage the Website;

Prices, availability, vehicle images and specifications displayed on the Website are indicative only and are provided for general information. Vehicle availability changes constantly and rates are subject to change without notice.

A binding rate is confirmed only in a written booking confirmation or the executed Rental Agreement for the specific vehicle you rent. Vehicle images shown on the Website are for illustrative purposes and the actual vehicle delivered may vary in colour, model year or trim.

The Website may include AI-assisted search, recommendation and price-estimation tools. Outputs from these tools are automated estimates provided for convenience only, may contain errors, and do not constitute a binding offer or professional advice.

You should not rely solely on such outputs. Please confirm any figure, availability or vehicle detail with our team in writing before making a decision.

Any booking made through the Website or through our communication channels is subject to acceptance by Urban Go and to the terms set out in the booking confirmation and the applicable Rental Agreement. Payment terms, security deposit, cancellation, no-show, refund and any other financial obligations are set out in the booking confirmation and Rental Agreement for that specific booking and vehicle.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our sole discretion, including where we suspect fraud, non-compliance with these Terms or the applicable Rental Agreement, or where required by law.

All Content on the Website, including the Urban Go name, logos, trade marks, page layouts, graphics, photographs and code, is owned by or licensed to Urban Go and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, integrations or services (for example, mapping, messaging, payment or analytics providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of any third-party service. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third party.

If you submit any content to us through the Website (including enquiries, messages, reviews or media), you grant Urban Go a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting our services. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Urban Go and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the Website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

The Website is intended for use by persons who have reached the age of legal capacity under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Vehicle rental is subject to additional eligibility requirements set out in the applicable Rental Agreement for each vehicle, including but not limited to driver age, licence type, licence tenure and identification documents.

Urban Go shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms to the extent caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, sanctions, strikes, utility failures, internet or telecommunications failures, or cyber-attacks.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology or the law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
