• Price: we do not publish a fixed rate. You tell us your dates on WhatsApp and we quote the market rate for a Creta that week, in AED, VAT-inclusive. Monthly and longer terms are usually the best value.
• Timing: availability is usually confirmed within 24 hours rather than on the spot, because we check with the partner first.
• Contract: the RTA rental contract, insurance, mileage allowance and support are all on Urban Go's terms and issued under Urban Go's name. You deal with us, not the partner.
