What a 6-month plan actually covers

Six months in Dubai typically covers one full school semester, one project deployment, or the gap while a residence visa is being finalised. The plan itself is a monthly rate held flat for six billing cycles, with insurance, registration, and scheduled servicing bundled in. The per-month cost is lower than a rolling 1-month rate — priced on every vehicle card on the monthly rental page — and lower than a 3-month plan for the same car.

How billing works across six months

Billing is monthly, not upfront. First invoice runs from your handover date; each subsequent invoice covers the next calendar month; the sixth invoice adjusts to your actual return date. We issue a Proforma against your quote reference each cycle, and once paid we issue a Tax Invoice with TRN — that keeps company expensing clean if your employer is paying. Card, bank transfer and cheque payments all work.

Service and registration during a 6-month term

Most cars pass through one scheduled workshop visit during a 6-month rental — routine service or the tail end of an oil-change interval. We swap the car for a comparable one on the day so you keep driving; the swap doesn't reset your billing cycle. If your term crosses the car's RTA registration renewal, we handle that too — you don't need to visit RTA or coordinate anything.

Breaking a 6-month rental early

Early return is against a re-quote to the actual duration you kept the car. Message us on WhatsApp before you return and we'll confirm the difference in writing. If your plans stretch the other way — extending past six months — you can move onto a 9-month plan against a re-quote for the extended term.
