Why rent the Tucson in Dubai
If you are searching for a Hyundai Tucson for rent in Dubai you probably want a mid-size SUV that is comfortable in traffic, cheap enough to run every day and big enough for a family and its luggage. The Tucson is one of the most common SUVs on Dubai roads for exactly those reasons. It is easy to park in a mall bay but still has the ride height and boot that a sedan cannot give you.
The 2025 Tucson in our fleet runs a 2.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine producing about 187 hp and 241 Nm, paired with an 8-speed automatic. UAE showrooms also sell the Tucson with a 2.0-litre petrol (154 hp, 6-speed automatic) and a 1.6-litre turbo (around 178 to 187 hp, 7-speed dual-clutch), so the 2.5 is the strongest of the naturally aspirated options.
- Seats: 5, with proper rear legroom for adults on the longer-wheelbase spec
- Boot: 539 litres to the parcel shelf by the VDA measure used in UAE listings, enough for two large suitcases and two cabin bags; around 1,100 litres loaded to the roof and roughly 2,270 litres with the rear seats down
- Fuel economy: official combined figure of about 8.4 L/100km for the 2.5 front-wheel drive; UAE listings rate the 2.0 at about 8.8 L/100km. Expect 9 to 10 L/100km in city traffic with the air conditioning on
- Fuel tank: 54 litres, which gives a realistic 550 to 600 km between fills, so a Dubai to Abu Dhabi return trip costs less than half a tank
- Transmission: automatic, as with every car in our fleet

What is included
- Comprehensive insurance, with Smart Cover and Full Cover upgrades available if you want a lower or zero excess
- 4,000 km per month on monthly contracts and 250 km per day on daily hires; extra kilometres are charged at a per-km rate agreed on the contract
- VAT-inclusive pricing, so the AED 2,899 figure is what you pay
- Standard security deposit of AED 1,500, refunded after the car is returned and any fines have cleared, or an optional zero-deposit plan at a slightly higher monthly rate. Details are on our no-deposit car rental page
- Fuel is returned same-to-same: collect it half full, bring it back half full
- Salik is passed through at cost plus AED 1 per pass, and any traffic fines are passed through to you as they arrive from the RTA
- Delivery is available on weekly and monthly rentals, centred on Downtown Dubai; tell us the address and we will confirm whether it is covered and any charge
- Car swaps during a monthly contract are usually possible when a comparable car is free, but they are not guaranteed
Who it suits
Families settling in Dubai. Five seats and a boot that takes the school run, a weekly big shop and a weekend bag for Ras Al Khaimah without folding anything down. A monthly Tucson is a common bridge while a family decides whether to buy.
Daily commuters. Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail are easier in an SUV with a higher driving position, and the 2.5 has enough torque for merging without working hard. The 54-litre tank means one fill a week for most commutes.
Visitors on a road-trip itinerary. Abu Dhabi, Hatta, Fujairah and Al Ain are all comfortable day trips, and the Tucson is relaxed on the E11 and E311. It is a 5-seater, so if you are travelling as six or seven, look at our 7-seater rentals instead.
If you want to compare it with other mid-size options in our fleet, the full list is on the SUV rental Dubai page.
Documents you need
UAE residents need their Emirates ID and a UAE driving licence. Visitors need a passport, the visa or entry stamp, and a home-country driving licence; if that licence is not on the Ministry of Interior's recognised list you will also need an International Driving Permit. Send photos of the documents on WhatsApp before collection and the contract is ready when you arrive.
How to book
Message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 500 3965 or call the office on +971 4 263 1556 with your dates, whether you want the standard deposit or the zero-deposit option, and a delivery address if you need one. You receive a written quote with a UG-XXXX reference number; reply to confirm and we send the rental contract for signature. Urban Go is an RTA-authorised dealer and agency, so the contract is a standard RTA-registered rental agreement issued in our name. Collect from our office at Dubai Shopping Center, Office FF-30, Port Saeed, or have the car delivered on a weekly or monthly hire. We hold a 5.0 rating from 50 Google reviews.
