Fleet+ cars are sourced through our licensed partner network rather than parked on our own lot. It makes no difference to your rental - your contract is under Urban Go's name and RTA licence, with the same deposit protection, support, and accountability as any of our own cars.

No. As an RTA-authorised dealer and broker, we receive the car into our own system and open your rental contract under our own company name and responsibility. You get the same binding contract, the same deposit handling, and the same support. The only practical difference is that swaps on a Fleet+ car need the partner's approval too - but making it right is always our responsibility.
