Getting around Emirates Hills

Emirates Hills, The Meadows and The Springs are neighbouring gated villa communities in Emaar's Emirates Living development, between Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and Al Khail Road (E44). Emirates Hills is built around the Montgomerie golf course, The Meadows sits between it and The Springs, and Jumeirah Lake Towers and Dubai Marina are just across Sheikh Zayed Road.

There is no metro station inside any of the three communities. The nearest Red Line stations are DMCC and Sobha Realty on Sheikh Zayed Road, a short drive away, and RTA feeder buses run through The Springs. Most residents rely on a car for school, work and errands. Approximate off-peak drive times:

Allow more time at rush hour on Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. Daily errands stay close: The Springs Souk has a Carrefour, and The Meadows has its own Meadows Village shops. Schools in and around the communities include Dubai British School in Springs 3, Emirates International School Meadows and Dubai International Academy on First Al Khail Street in Emirates Hills.

We deliver across Springs 1 to 15, Meadows 1 to 9 and Emirates Hills, and can meet you at The Springs Souk if that is easier. Delivery costs from AED 100 depending on the exact location, and collection at the end of the rental is AED 25 more. Villas and townhouses have their own parking, so there is rarely a parking cost at home. Trips along Sheikh Zayed Road towards Mall of the Emirates and Downtown pass Salik gates, which are passed through at cost plus AED 1 per crossing, itemised on your statement.

How to rent a car in Emirates Hills

1. Send your address and dates on WhatsApp. Tell us which car, how long you need it and your villa or community. We reply with the full price.
2. Share your documents. A photo of each is enough to prepare the contract.
3. Sign and take the keys at your door. We bring the car and the RTA contract, walk round the car with you and hand over.

What is included and what you pay separately

• Fuel: return the car at the level you received it
• Salik at cost plus AED 1 per crossing, and any traffic fines, billed to you itemised

Car swaps during the rental are usually available, but never guaranteed.

Monthly car rental in Emirates Hills, or longer
