Is there a mileage limit?
Each car includes a daily mileage allowance, shown on its page.
If you go over your allowance, additional kilometers are simply charged at the rate listed for that vehicle. No surprises.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
Only if you choose to.
Every car comes with two prices: a lower rate with a refundable security deposit (or credit hold), or a slightly higher rate with no deposit at all.
What is the minimum rental duration?
There isn't one. Rent for a single day if that's all you need.
That said, the longer you rent, the more you save. Great long-term value is what Urban Go is known for among our customers.
Can someone else drive the car?
Insurance only covers drivers registered on the rental agreement.
If a friend or family member will be driving too, they can be added for a small fee. Just share their documents with us.
Please don't let an unregistered driver take the wheel. Any incident wouldn't be covered, and that's a risk to them, not just to us.
