What insurance is included?
Comprehensive motor insurance by our insurer is included with every rental, inside the UAE, for the drivers named on the agreement.
If an accident is not your fault (green police report), you pay nothing. If it is your fault, you pay up to the excess of your cover option: Standard is included, CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) lowers the excess, SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) brings it to zero, and Ultimate Cover adds glass, tyres, rims, underbody and roadside protection on top of SCDW.
Windscreen or window breakage with a police report costs nothing under every option, up to the insurer's AED 3,000 limit. Keys are never covered. Full detail: coverage and protection.
Which option should I choose: deposit or no deposit?
Renting longer and don't mind a temporary hold? The deposit option costs less overall.
Prefer to keep your money free, especially for shorter rentals or a visit to Dubai? The no-deposit option is well worth the small premium.
Is there a mileage limit?
Each car includes a daily mileage allowance, shown on its page.
If you go over your allowance, additional kilometers are simply charged at the rate listed for that vehicle. No surprises.
