Who we are
Urban Go Car Rentals is an RTA-authorised rental dealer and agency based at Dubai Shopping Center, Office FF-30, Port Saeed, Dubai. We rent cars to residents and visitors on daily, weekly and monthly terms, and we do it with pricing you can read before you commit.
Our fleet
We own and operate a fleet of 32 cars, from compact sedans and SUVs through to a small number of premium models. Alongside those, our Fleet+ programme sources additional cars through our licensed partner network. A Fleet+ car is rented to you under Urban Go's own name and RTA licence, with the same contract, the same deposit handling and the same support as any car on our own lot - the only practical difference is that it can take up to 24 hours to prepare.
How we price
Every rate we publish is VAT inclusive and includes comprehensive insurance, registration and routine maintenance. What is not included, we say plainly: fuel is yours, Salik toll crossings are recharged at cost plus AED 1 per pass as a processing fee, and traffic fines are passed through to you. Monthly plans include 4,000 km per month, and the extra-kilometre rate is printed on every car's page before you book.
Deposits
The standard security deposit is AED 1,500 on most cars and AED 2,000 on luxury models, refundable after your rental once fines and tolls have cleared. If you would rather not lock up cash, a zero-deposit add-on is available as an optional paid extra - it is a choice, never the default.
