Apart from the documents listed above, all renters must be over the age of 22 and must own a driver’s license that is at least 6 months old

21 years old for most vehicles.
25 years old for premium and luxury models.

A refundable security deposit will be held either on your credit card or collected via our POS machine. This deposit is not our money—it remains the customer's, and we aim to keep it untouched throughout the rental period.

The deposit will be held for 28 days after the rental period to account for any potential traffic fines or violations that may take time to appear in the police system.

All fines, tolls, and damages to the vehicle must be paid directly by the customer. We will not deduct these charges from the deposit unless absolutely necessary, such as when the customer fails to make the required payments. Once all clearances are completed, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Comprehensive insurance with third-party liability is included in your rental.

An optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is available, which limits your financial responsibility to a deductible of $1500 in case of damage.

Rentals include a set mileage limit based on the vehicle type.

Additional kilometers beyond the limit are charged at a standard rate.

Do Not Move the Vehicle

If your vehicle is involved in an accident, do not move it from the scene unless the damage is minor and the vehicle is obstructing traffic.

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at the start of the rental.

If the fuel level is lower upon return, the difference will be charged.

Toll roads in the UAE, managed under systems like Salik (Dubai) and DARB (Abu Dhabi), are not free.

These tolls include usage of main highways and access to certain areas, such as parking near Dubai Mall.

Any toll charges incurred during the rental period will be billed to the renter after the vehicle is returned.

Yes, an additional driver can be added for a minimal charge. You must inform our staff at the time of the rental and provide the required documents, such as a valid passport and driving license, for the additional driver.

As per regulatory requirements, all drivers operating the vehicle must be registered in the traffic system, just like the main driver.

A 1-hour grace period is allowed, after which an additional full day's rental charge will apply.

Off-road or desert driving is strictly prohibited and violates the rental agreement. Engaging in such activities will result in the termination of the agreement, as it breaches both company policies and insurance coverage terms.

If you return the car to a location outside the agreed city limits, a location-based charge may apply to cover the cost of transporting the vehicle back..

No, towing the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Our rental vehicles are not equipped or insured for towing, and any damage caused by unauthorized towing will result in the renter being held fully responsible. Yes, any Salik tolls or traffic fines associated with your rental may still be charged after the vehicle is returned. These charges will either be billed to your credit card or deducted from the security deposit, depending on the situation.

Speeding, changing lanes over solid or zig-zag lines, and unpaid parking are the most common violations renters face. Most roads in the UAE are radar-monitored, and speed limits are clearly displayed on road signs. Following lane discipline and ensuring parking is paid will help you avoid fines.
